Child Safety Standards
Capsule strictly prohibits any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

The following are strictly prohibited:
- any sexual content involving a minor;
- sexual solicitation, grooming, sextortion, or exploitation of a minor;
- sharing, attempting to share, or encouraging CSAM;
- any behavior that endangers a child.
Reporting
Users can report suspicious content, behavior, or accounts from within the app when this feature is available, or immediately contact: child-safety@capsule-app.org.
Action
When Capsule receives a report or becomes aware of CSAM or CSAE content, we may remove the content, suspend or delete the relevant account, preserve information needed for investigation, and report to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
